Edit Post Widget No Toggle Test Box No Scroll Yoast No Open

Not real savvy but… Today this started:

When going into edit post, most of the widgets don’t open (ie Yoast) when you click it to try it just highlights in blue.

Also the scroll bar is gone where you enter visual and the tool bar under text where you would normally enter code is also gone.

This little monkey wrench is confusing and I can’t fix it on my own.
