I seem to have tripped this block again. It doesn’t like my inclusion of image urls. I’m not sure what has changed.

Here’s the error message from the log:

Page parameter failed firewall check. The offending parameter was "url" with a value of "http://alecsatin.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/sabastian-reproving-diocletian-300x198.jpeg". Firewall Trigger: WordPress Terms. Firewall Block Response: Visitor connection was killed with wp_die() and a message.

PS I continue to be extremely impressed with Simple Security Firewall. Thank you for this excellent piece of software.

There’s a bit of code in there under ‘WordPress Terms’ that will match on 0x for hexadecimals. I’ve tweaked the pattern and it’ll be out in the next release.

The WordPress Terms filter can catch quite a few false positives.

Thanks Paul. You guys are great.

I’m recommending your backup service to the owners of one or two sites. Hope they will give you the business.
