edit plugins not showing as site admin

    I do not have the options shown here to “edit” when switching to Site Admin. Here I am logged in using Network Admin >> http://screencast.com/t/DteHpCYvmNz1 .

    Notice also, the |CWG| in the description. Those are the initials of my developer that installed the plugin. I would like to have notes like that next to each.

    Is there any way to get the ability to edit all the plugins available under “Site Admin”, just like you can under “Network Admin”?
