Sorry you ran into issues here.
First, can you tell me what specific version of BD you’re running?
Second, what do you mean when you say it breaks your site, specifically? Can you post a screenshot to show what happens?
When did this start happening?

I am running Version 3.4.1
I have deactivated all network and sub-site plugins and changed the theme to the default WordPress theme and the edit page still displays blank.

I cannot specifically say when this started happening.
As you can see from the screenshot, the taskbar at the top of the site disappears, and there is no content in the page at all.

To help others that may have this issue, I published expired listings using the quick edit function, without going to the Expired tab and publishing listings there.
To quote, “The logic behind the “blank page” is that expired listings shouldn’t have “publish” status. Because of that BD considers something weird is going on with the edit and disallows it.”
