“edit” on every post?

I admit–I am a newbie and this may be a stupid question but…..
My blog seems to be taking shape, but I do not have another computer to check this out on.
Does the ‘edit’ at the top of every post (the edit I use to edit my posts)
appear when someone else logs in to my blog? Or, does it just appear when I log in?
