How do I target and edit the mobile text size on my navigation text to make it smaller? I’d probably want to make it about 20px or so.

Mobile compatibility is theme-dependent.

You’re using a commercial theme. For commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.
