Edit Metabox and admin column labels/titles

    Hi Scribu,

    What’s the best way to edit/filter the admin column titles/labels added by posts 2 posts? I’d like to change “Connected XXX” to something else.

    I tried using some of the core manage columns functions e.g. manage_$post_type_posts_columns but couldn’t get a hold of the p2p custom ones this way.

    Likewise with the admin meta box/es?
