Edit Listing page blank

    When I try to modify my listing from fornt-end the page with the shortcode [AWPCPEDITAD] does not appear, it’s blank. So I tried to create a new one with the same shortcode and now he asks me the listing password to modify my ad. I used the one on the confermation mail but it does not work, so I asked a new one, I used it and the page become blank again…

    So my users cannnot edit their ad and also delete them after the sale.
    All the other pages seem to work well.

    What can I do?

    Hi @philippbajorat

    I’m sorry to hear that you ran into issues with this!

    When you requested the Access Keys, you should have received an email with the access keys and a link to the ad where you can edit it from the front end. Did you receive that?

    Yes, I used that key. But the problem is that it is not appearing the form. Instead of the form the page become blank, it seems that there is no shortcode.

    Hi Philipp,

    Thanks for getting back to me on this. Did you use the link in the email? That should have taken you to the ad directly.

    You also want to make sure that your Pages are set up correctly under Classified Ads > Settings > Pages.
