    Hello,
    When you get to an individual product page on my site, you’ll see the text I lager/Slutsåld (In stock/Out of stock). Now I wonder if there’s a way to edit the color and font of the text?

    Hi,

    You can use CSS to edit the color and font if your theme does not provide this option for you.

    Something like this would work.

    p.stock.in-stock {
    color: #000000 !important;
}

    It looks like you are using Elementor, so I think you could probably control this with that.
