Edit Image/Advanced Link Settings Not Saving

    I am pulling my hair out here.

    Here is the issue. When I add images to a post or page, and want that image to link to a website, I click on the image, select “edit image”, then select the “Advanced Settings” and scroll down to “Advanced Link Settings” I then add the URL to Link Rel, click on “open in a new window” and hit update.

    Then I go back into “Edit Image” to see if the settings were saved, and they are NOT!

    I don’t know what else to do? Any ideas why it’s not taking?

    I finally got this to work after spending an hour on something that should have taken me a minute, but I do not know why it wouldn’t take as this has been an issue in the past and I don’t want to waste this time again.

    I ended up deleting the image and then adding it back on the page and then updating the settings again..and for some unknown reason it worked after sever times. There is definitely a bug here somewhere.

    Any idea why these setting do not take?
