    Hi,

    This may be a problem with other Plugins.

    Could you please, deactivate all your other plugins, and see whether the Test mode will work?
    If the problem will not be occurring, please activate plugins one by one and check the Test mode simultaneous, to find which one is causing the issue.

    I have the same problam, and the plugin that was causing my problem was:
    * User Login History
    * https://sv.wordpress.org/plugins/user-login-history/

    Please note that the issue is not because of our Plugin, so we would highly recommend contacting the support service of your mentioned Plugin and ask them to provide a solution. Otherwise, you can use other similar Plugin.
