# Edit Form problem

 * I’ve been using Forminator successfully, but not for about 6 months and now when
   I try to Edit an existing form (or create a new form) I get a blank screen, so
   can’t edit it. But the form is actually still working!
 * I’m running 1.48.2, with auto updates and don’t know which prior version was 
   working.

 * I hope you’re doing great today!
 * Could you please enable [debugging](https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/)
   by changing this line in _wp-config.php_ file:
 * `define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );`
 * to:
 * `define( 'WP_DEBUG', true);`
 * Then please add the following on the next line:
 *     ```
       define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
       define('FORMINATOR_DEBUG', true);
       define('FORMINATOR_ADDON_DEBUG', true);
       ```
   
 * Save _wp-config.php_ file, and try replicating the issue when saving the form.
 * In case there’s a PHP error, WordPress should generate _debug.log_ file with 
   some more details in _/wp-content/_ directory.
 * Please share debug.log file with us via a cloud service like Google Drive, DropBox,
   etc., or via email: [wpsupport@incsub.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/edit-form-problem/wpsupport@incsub.com?output_format=md)
 * Please use the following template for sending it via email:
 *     ```
       Subject: ATTN: WPMU DEV support - wp.org
   
       Please include:
       – Link to download the file, or attach it in a ZIP archive to the email
       – Link back to this thread for reference (<a href="https://wordpress.org/support/topic/edit-form-problem/" target="_blank">https://wordpress.org/support/topic/edit-form-problem/</a>)
       – Any other relevant URLs/info
       ```

 * The problem was with the version of Safari.
 * When I updated it the error went away.
