edit font size

    You can edit it via your theme CSS.

    You can start with

    form#ugc-media-form {
font-size: 1.2em;
}

    And play around with the value until you find the one that suits you

    where should i paste the code at?

    Appearance -> edit -> then paste in to the last row of the Stylesheet (style.css)?

    That will work. Alternatively, you can use Jetpack’s Custom CSS functionality.
