    Update – only happens with a multipage form.

    Yes. Like it says on the plugin oage, multi page forms are not suppoted yet but is in the road map for next update.

    I also see that viewing a multi-page form will only allow viewing of Page 1 of the form. Clicking to next page has no effect.
