# Edit/Delete Comments

 * With in the comments section, I have several users that add comments, some needs
   to be corrected, and some deleted…. How can I edit or delete a comments with 
   out deleting the entire project. There is no button or edit button. I have the
   paid version and all addons.
 * Also… when I open up the comments… how can I get the default to be “USER” and
   not all or system….

 * We elected not to allow comment changes to prevent the 1984 effect 🙂 If you 
   really need things deleted or updated, all of the comments are in a table in 
   the database. In the next version, coming out next year, we’ll allow editing.

 * I think they should be able to be deleted at the least 🙂 Need some way to moderate
   spammy or inappropriate comments.

 * Good point. We’ll look at adding it. In the meantime, you can always edit or 
   delete them in the database directly.
