Sorry, but I’m confused with what you mean by default fields. Are you referring to the Booking Forms Fields? (ie: Name, Email, Postal and others?) If yes then EM Pro have an Options to manage and Edit those. If you’re referring to other stuff please do provide a link or a screenshot. This way users from this forum could properly help you.
Tim, what he means is:
Is it possible that the (Super)Admin sets a new default Bookings Table layout (using the gear icon to select which fields are shown and which not) for all other users. Currently everyone has to change the settings themselves (per user).
I know that’s not a default option, but is there a filter to hook into that perhaps?
I actually found this snippets on the Pastebin. It might help you along, Mike.
The “problem” though is, that you would have to know exactly which columns you would want to have shown and you to retrieve them. But agin, it’s a starter, hopefully.

Hi Patrick, you’re correct about what I want – thank you!
I’ve tried using the snippet you’ve provided but cannot get it to override the default columns/fields on show in the recent bookings table / bookings table on an individual event on the front-end.
Can you provide any more guidance on this?
Thanks again!
As for where to paste custom snippet – http://wp-events-plugin.com/tutorials/how-to-safely-add-php-code-to-wordpress/
also, did you follow or try the instruction right above the snippet? by going to Events > Bookings > click on the Gear Icon
