Edit customer note field on checkout

    Now that I know to enable this field, is it possible (fairly easy, I mean) to be able to edit the text that identifies the note field?

    For Instance, instead of “Order Notes” it could read “Special Instructions/Gift Card”

    and then edit the dummy text that appears from “Notes about your order, eg. special notes for delivery” Into our own dummy text.
    I looked at the .php file, but nothing jumped out at me that would be the right place.

    Any help much appreciated!
