 * I have created several custom fields for the default registration form. After
   registering as a new user, I am unable to edit any of those custom fields I added.
   Some need to be edited, such as the users address in case they move in the future.

   The user currently cannot edit any of that. And, neither can I as an admin, edit
   or even see any of that information unless it is set to show on the users profile
 * How can I allow these fields to be edited by the user after registering?

 * Hi [@empmdk](https://wordpress.org/support/users/empmdk/),
 * Have you added these fields to the profile form?
    Please go to the filed settings
   and make sure that the “Privacy” is set to everyone.
 * Regards.

 * I’ve tried adding the same fields to the profile form. However, if I do that,
   wouldn’t it require people to enter the same information more than once?
    For
   example, during registration, they have to enter their address as a required
   entry. If I add another address field into the profile form, they would have
   to enter it again since it does not allow the same meta key to be entered more
   than once.
 * Also, if I made it a different meta key and have them enter it twice. Then, if
   we do a member export to CSV, it would have more than one address for the member
   if they moved and change their address in the profile form.
