I checked out your site in chrome and it looks like you’re making progress with the CSS. I see the images have rounded corners and they don’t have borders unless I hover over them.
If you’re not seeing CSS changes, then it could be a caching issue that causes it. Try accessing the CSS file itself in your browser. If you load that page and see an old version then you can be sure you’re seeing a cached version. Try force reloading it to clear the cache.
Windows: ctrl + F5
Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R
Linux: F5
I also noticed that there are a few broken images on your site. I took a quick peek and noticed that it was happening on images that have an encoded plus sign in them, e.g:

The image resizing engine doesn’t know how to deal with encoded URLs so you would have to change that image to this to make it work:
http://heavenlycupcake.se/wp-content/uploads/blogger/_13ShS0AlOEE/S605VpxoSmI/AAAAAAAAAkI/2sT7ssQo0xM/s320/Luftiga+scones.jpg
Here is the URL for the timthumb error on your site if you want to see: http://heavenlycupcake.se/wp-content/plugins/visual-recipe-index/includes/timthumb.php?src=http%3A%2F%2Fheavenlycupcake.se%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2Fblogger%2F_13ShS0AlOEE%2FS605VpxoSmI%2FAAAAAAAAAkI%2F2sT7ssQo0xM%2Fs320%2FLuftiga%252Bscones.jpg&h=140&w=140&zc=1&q=100
I’m going to mark this as resolved, but let me know if it isn’t and I’ll move it back.
