Edit content in sections not possible anymore

Hi,

it’s been some time since my last log in to my website and now with the update to WP 4.5.2 I have the following problem:

in the edit mode of the onepager I navigate for example to “our team section”. here I used to have the option, to insert a picture, text etc. These options to change the content just don’t show up any more. The same for the other sections. Testimonial section for example: I can insert a title and a subtile of the section, but the options to add actually a testimonial including text, name and a picture just don’t show up.

Really strange..

The good thing is that the content, that I created once, still shows up in the website. But I can’t change it now or add anything.. 🙁

I guess, yes. But what can I do about it?? And why did those options disappear?!?

Hi Katinka,

Tell me one thing, he testimonials you added before, are they showing when you are customizing it. Appearence -> Customize -> Testimonials. Are those testimonials showing there which you have added?

No, they don’t show up as well. There is only two checkboxes for “Hide testimonials section?” and “Use pinterest layout?” and below there are to text boxes for the title and testimonial subtitle.
Below that I used to see my testimonial entries (as they show up on my webpage) and I was able to adopt/remove them or add new ones. But now there is nothing below those two text boxes.. 🙁

Hi,

@divdeepsingh1 Stop asking for private info, such as login info, as it’s against WordPress forum guidelines. We understand your intentions aren’t bad but rules are same for everyone.

@katinka Never give out your private info on this forum or contact a user via email, unless it’s the theme/plugin author. It’s better to be safe than sorry.

Regarding the issue, try using a different browser to see if it works.

@divdeepsingh1 As Hardeep mentioned, please to not ask for login access or use these forums to contact users. Both are actively discouraged and doing that repeatedly can get you into trouble in these forums.

ok, for some strange reason everything shows up again and can be edited..
Same browser, didn’t do anything different.. Really strange..
