That is intentional as we don’t want customers to leave to the cart page after they have already entered their payment details.
Customers can still use the cart links on the popup order summary when they click on the cart icon in the checkout page header.
I might add a filter or option to make it possible to show the cart link also in that position for mobile. I’ll check about this while making other necessary changes to order review section.

We recently released new versions of Fluid Checkout which should fix this issue.
The updates should already be available from your website dashboard. If you don’t see the new updates, please check our documentation: New versions updates are not appearing on my website.
