edit/add new galleries – spinning hanging

    When I try to edit or add new gallery, it shows the spinning wheel and it never loads, totally hangs.

    If I enable troubleshooting mode, then it works while in that mode. After I disable it, it stops working again. Any ideas what is causing it?

    Could you please let us know the version of the plugin? Please make sure that you use the latest version of the plugin.

    Also, this problem might be a conflict with another plugin on your website. Please check it via Health Check plugin.

    I am using the latest Version 1.8.18.

    The health check does not report anything critical, just a couple of improvements suggested.

    But why does it work in troubleshooting mode?

    Hi,

    If it works in troubleshooting mode, it means that there is a conflict with one of the plugins. Please try to deactivate the rest of your plugin, then please check whether the problem persists.
    Also, if possible, please temporarily switch the theme of your website and see if the issue occurs.
    You can re-activate the plugins and change the theme back again after troubleshooting.
    Please inform us of the results.

    I found the plugin that was causing the issue. It is the Jeg Elementor Kit plugin. Unfortunately, I use this plugin in multiple pages. Not sure what to do…
