I am using the latest Version 1.8.18.
The health check does not report anything critical, just a couple of improvements suggested.
But why does it work in troubleshooting mode?

If it works in troubleshooting mode, it means that there is a conflict with one of the plugins. Please try to deactivate the rest of your plugin, then please check whether the problem persists.
Also, if possible, please temporarily switch the theme of your website and see if the issue occurs.
You can re-activate the plugins and change the theme back again after troubleshooting.

I found the plugin that was causing the issue. It is the Jeg Elementor Kit plugin. Unfortunately, I use this plugin in multiple pages. Not sure what to do…
