Virtue Premium has a built-in function to customize your 404 page. However, in Virtue free you would need to use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/404page/

Using a child theme you can copy the 404.php template into your child theme and then add/edit however you want.

Theres this one where you can select your wp default themes 404 template and change the title and description in it.
