# EDD product sync

 * Hi I’m having some issues with the EDD integration, the product i select to exclude
   from the product sync. appear in the submit ticket dropdown anyway, but they 
   only appear using the post ID and not the name of the product. I think i can 
   write a custom function to clear the dropdown if you provide a filter but I don’t
   think this this should be the right behaviour, I expect the product to not appear
   in the list.

 * Product syncing can be a bit tricky. I suspect that, in this case, the product
   was already synced once. After that, even if you exclude it, the record is still
   in the tickets taxonomy. If you go to TICKETS->PRODUCTS, you can probably find
   a product where the name is just the post id. You should be able to delete it.
   Then, it should not sync again if its excluded from sync.

 * Hi:
 * Did you upgrade from 3.3.4? If so, it sounds like the upgrade didn’t complete
   all the way through. You can go to to TICKETS->TOOLS->CLEANUP and click the button
   to re-run the 3.3.4 – 4.0 upgrade. Then check to see if the PRODUCTS option appear.
