 * Hi support,
 * Thanks for your Ecwid plugin. It is working a charm on my wordpress store.
 * I also have Yeost SEO plugin installed. According to Ecwid plugin update 2.8,
   the Ecwid plugin is now compatible with Yeost SEO plugins.
 * The Yeost plugin is generating an ecwid sitemap for me.
    Here is the Sitemap
   Index Yeost has generated for my site: [http://www.mobilesafety.com.au/sitemap_index.xml](http://www.mobilesafety.com.au/sitemap_index.xml).
   You can see the last sitemap on the list is [http://www.mobilesafety.com.au/ecwid-sitemap.xml](http://www.mobilesafety.com.au/ecwid-sitemap.xml)
 * However, Google webtools is advising me that there is an error with the Yeost/
   Ecwid Sitemap. Google says there is a “parsing error” i.e. Google says “We were
   unable to read your Sitemap. It may contain an entry we are unable to recognize.
   Please validate your Sitemap before resubmitting.”
 * When you have a look the Ecwid Sitemap you can see the problem comes up on the
   screen at [http://www.mobilesafety.com.au/ecwid-sitemap.xml](http://www.mobilesafety.com.au/ecwid-sitemap.xml).
   It says: “XML Parsing Error: not well-formed
    Location: [http://www.mobilesafety.com.au/ecwid-sitemap.xml](http://www.mobilesafety.com.au/ecwid-sitemap.xml)
   Line Number 173, Column 69: <loc>[http://www.mobilesafety.com.au/products/#!/Shielded-pouches-&-bags/c/1830533</loc>&#8221](http://www.mobilesafety.com.au/products/#!/Shielded-pouches-&-bags/c/1830533</loc>&#8221);
 * I do not know why this is happening but it is stopping Google from reading my
   Ecwid sitemap and so I don’t believe that all my Ecwid products are being properly
   indexed for SEO.
 * Please advise and help me to fix this.
    Thanks, Mobsey

 * Hi Mobsey,
 * We found the reason of the issue – it’s a bug in our plugin. We should process“&”
   characters in URLs in a special way to prevent such issues.
 * We will fix it in the next version of the plugin, which will be issued in a few
   weeks.
 * Sorry for the troubles caused by this.
 * Thanks.

 * Hi Makfruit,
 * That’s fantastic!I am glad you found a solution and thankyou. However can you
   please provide me with a solution in the meantime that comes quicker than the
   update in 4 weeks time?
 * I ask this because for the next 4 weeks I cannot get my sitemap indexed which
   means my products are not showing on Google or Google search results. This is
   a BIG blow to my business at present. I’m asking for a quicker turn around on
   this issue if possible please.
 * Kind regards,
    Steve

 * Hi Steve,
 * As a workaround, you can remove the “&” symbol from the product titles in your
   store. As far as I can see, there is only one such product so the fix should
   be easy for you. You can replace it with “and”, I think.
 * Thanks.

 * Hi Steve,
 * We fixed the issue in the new version of the plugin (v 3.1). It’s released so
   please update the plugin and the problem should be fixed.
