  • Hello,

    I am from Ecwid team.

    In fact, you don’t need to put any code to your store page. All you need is to install a free Ecwid plugin for WordPress. You can find it here: wordpress.org/extend/plugins/ecwid-shopping-cart/

    Just install it and follow the simple instruction the plugin provides – your store will automatically appear on your site.

    Please let me know if it doesn’t help.

    I did put the plugin in but the store is not seable on my site so heres a link http://heiressproductions.com/store/ but i did also erase the original but try re-installed it b/c of the fact it was saying http://heiressproductions.com/store-2/ If you look at my cart on the right widget you can see the products. This is for a client so i did not want to make it seem as though i was selling the products. So I did not do any further steps on the products. I am waiting for my client to give me the prices. In other words its just an example for my client to look at. And thank you for the help ahead of time.

    It seems like the store page content is empty for some reason. Did you change the content? I should contain Ecwid shortcodes as follows:
    [ecwid_minicart] [ecwid_searchbox] [ecwid_categories] [ecwid_productbrowser]

    Please open that page in your page editor in WP admin backend and make sure it contain those codes.

    I also posted in the store thats in my menu so is there a way to convert store fron to the one in my menu? b/c it is going to the http://heiressproductions.com/store-2/ sorry just new at this man trying to get use to it

    No worries, Philip.

    I inspected the pages of your site. As far as I can see, the issue is caused by CSS styles of your theme (or maybe those are custom CSS styles). If you look at the other pages of your site, you will see that the main content is quite narrow — it’s shifted to the left and has less then a half of the page width to reside in. The same is true for the store page, which is why the images don’t fit and are hidden.

    To fix that, you will need to remove a CSS code causing the troubles. It is located in this file on your site: http://heiressproductions.com/wp-content/themes/dolls/style.css?ver=1.2 , on the line 25. The code reads:

    /*135*/
    #primary {
        width: 23.762% !important;
    }

    You can remove it under the ‘Appearance β†’ Editor’ section of your WP admin backend.

    After the code is removed, the images will appear and the site pages will look better.

    just deleted it but no change and was in child mode when i deleted it

    Try cleaning cache in your browser.

    It looks fixed for me. Screenshot: http://take.ms/CRUML
