# Ecommerce site issue

 * I have around 3297 images on my e-commerce site and try to optimized it but about
   an hour above it is not done. not a single image convert.
 * Can i know whats the problem going on there

 * Maybe you’ve got what I have. Click the bulk smush button, then press F12 to 
   open the web browser terminal. Does it tell you “SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected
   character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data”?
