Support » Fixing WordPress » ecommerce -how do I get rid of “there are no items in this category” message?

  • I expect there is a very simple solution to this problem, but I can’t figure it out – any assistance greatly appreciated. I have set up a website that includes a “music store,” and my music store includes three categories that the user can click on to view. There are items in each of my categories, yet when the user is on the main music store page the line “there are no items in this category” displays incorrectly under my list of categories. How can I eliminate this display?

    The url is http://elizabethanconversation.com/products-page/

    Thanks,
    Susan

  • You may be getting this message because there are no posts in the music store category itself, only posts in the child categories of the music store category.

you havent set any items to show on the front page of the store.
