ecommerce goal completion question

Can you in theory add an ecommerce goal to your plugin which is achieved when the user reaches a sepcific URL (ie the “Order Success” page)? It would be great to see how many orders are created from a popup compared to how many people see it.

Last thing we want is an overly heavy popup plugin which adds to page load times (the issue with some other popup plugins) but that could be a nice feature.
