• My site was created by another party who is no longer able to assist me and I HAVE NO web building experience but have been able to use the WordPress interface to update my site regularly and make changes. I have no idea how to fix this:

    wp_wpsc_cart_item_meta: Table ‘elyriahi_wor1.wp_wpsc_cart_item_meta’ doesn’t exist
    wp_wpsc_purchase_meta: Table ‘elyriahi_wor1.wp_wpsc_purchase_meta’ doesn’t exist
    wp_wpsc_visitors: Table ‘elyriahi_wor1.wp_wpsc_visitors’ doesn’t exist
    wp_wpsc_visitor_meta: Table ‘elyriahi_wor1.wp_wpsc_visitor_meta’ doesn’t exist

    Thank you of your assistance.

  • Hi Melissa,

Have you recently updated your website – WordPress itself?

    This looks familiar: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/missing-db-tables-after-upgrade?replies=3

    Is this a recent issue?

Hi Lorraine! Thanks for responding my problem.

I haven’t updated wordpress itself since I started (spring 2013). My website designer said not to.

Yes. This is a recent issue. the last 2 weeks.

I’m going to follow the suggestion in the thread you shared with me!

Except that I don’t know how to deactivate/active WP eCommerce. I searched for info and didn’t find anything helpful.

I also replied to the thread you shared with me.

    Thanks again for your time!

    Hi Melissa,

WP eCommerce is likely to be a plugin so you’d need to find that on your plugins page and click deactivate. Let the page reload and then activate it again.

If you’re a total WordPress noob, you’ll find plugins in the left hand side menu when you’re in your dashboard.

    Hope that helps!
