    Thank you for sharing details!

We did a quick look of your both the stores & found the following outcomes:

Our plugin will track the data if users redirect to your store after a successful transaction. We did a dummy transaction on this store via bank transfer method which is recorded successfully in your analytics account (screenshot1)(screenshot2). Kindly verify the same from your end.

So we request you to re-verify, if the auto return is configured properly for all the Payment methods or not?

This site has more than one UA script added (other than our plugin) & some other analytics plugin is also there which might be restrict the functionality of our plugin so we request you to remove all the extra UA script & GA plugins & use only our plugin & analyze the data for next couple of days.

Additionally, you are using child theme on your store & as we have mentioned in the description of our plugin that the free version of our plugin is not fully compatible with the child/custom theme.

    Hope this helps!

    I have a similar problem. I fixed it by changing the line ga("create", "' . esc_js($tracking_id) . '", "' . $set_domain_name . '") to ga("create", "' . esc_js($tracking_id) . '", "auto");

    File: wp-content/plugins/enhanced-e-commerce-for-woocommerce-store/includes/class-wc-enhanced-ecommerce-google-analytics-integration.php

This fixed the issue for me.

    Thank you for writing us!

The solution you have suggested is already handled by our plugin so no need to change it.

    Thanks & regards,

    The solution is not handled by the plugin. The plugin still contains the code ga("create", "' . esc_js($tracking_id) . '", "' . $set_domain_name . '");.

You should change the third param to “auto” and release an updated version.

    Thank you for your concern!

Our plugin has already an option “set cookie domain” which is by default set to “auto“. You can check the settings of our plugin (screenshot).

Analytics data for my client stopped flowing as well with the 2.0 release.

I didn’t know the new plugin version would only work with gtag (that’s how I understand your FAQ and other support answers), but I have changed from a manual implementation in header.php to using only your plugin for global analytics as well as WooCommerce tracking.

    This is my current situation

    • The gtag script is present on all pages including cart, checkout and thank you page
    • After purchasing through 3rd party (QuickPay) the client is redirected to /order-received
    • The gtag script is picking up traffic but not ecommerce options. No settings in Google Analytics have been made since implementing your plugin the first time. Ecommerce settings in GA are of course still activated.
    • There are no duplicate or deprecated GA scripts. Only one gtag.js script inserted through your plugin
    • Static, dynamic, memcached and CloudFlare cache has been cleared multiple times.

Google Analytics hasn’t picked up conversion data for 48 hours now, but by the looks of it, everything is setup correctly. Can you help me out here @tatvic?
