 * So far the ecomm_prodid simply needs to match the uploaded product ID in the 
   merchant center. In the use cases I know about my code works fine.

 * I’m having the same issue, I use the product SKU as the merchant centre ID on
   a fairly large feed. It will be very time consuming to manually change every 
   one.

 * Currently the plugin simply takes the product ID as identifier. A custom adaption

 * were using the SKU as identifier in merchant center feed too, an option in the
   backend, like a selectbox, would be great, where you can select whether the plugin
   should use the internal database ID of a product or the SKU instead 🙂
