 * Are there any versions of comment_author_email() and bloginfo() that I can set
   as a var, instead of it automatically echoing it?
 * Sam.

 * `get_comment_author_email()
    get_bloginfo()
 * All the regular template tags don’t have a twin, but it never hurts to try `get_FUNCTION_NAME()`
   first.
