1. Graduate with fluent verbal & written communication skills in English. Make proposals.
Should have working experience with free lancing sites like Odesk, Elance, Guru.
2. 1-3 Yrs of Sales / BD experience in IT / ITES sales
3. Descent understanding of global IT outsourcing markets and able to do R&D on Web for opportunity identification, competitor watch, bidding though Web portals.
4. Complete understanding of the sales cycle of the business from bidding.
5. Able to work closely with engineering & Pre Sales teams for making Techno commercial proposals for prospective customers.
6. Should be academic Technical background.
7. Willing to work on 60:40 ratio Fixed + Variable (Incentives) salary structure
8. Good to have prior work experience of working in Sales / BD roles for respective (US) and (UK, EU, MENA Region) (Desired)
9. Should be able to provide initial quote and coordinating with project team to get estimations if required.
10. Manage Business Development Consultants (BDC’s) who’s role consists of cold calling, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification
11. Motivate Individuals and Team to exceed objectives through coaching regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives.
12. High incentives on business development. Can handle overall sales process independently.
13. Lead generation & cold calling.
14. Client follow ups, servicing, deal closure & collection.
