    Hi @googiw,

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We will be looking into it, in the meantime. Could you please check the “Default Delivery Format” is set to Inline Link or Both?

    Could you also provide us with what setting you are using for “Default Attachment”? Is it enabled by clicking the checkbox or in the shortcode?

    1. Shortcode and a URL showing the WordPress Download Monitor working successfully
    2. Shortcode and a URL showing the Contact Form 7 working successfully
    3. Shortcode and a URL showing the Email Before Download failing

    I enabled “Default Attachment” in backend not in the shortcode.

    This shortcode
    [email-download download_id=”15772” contact_form_id=”12395”]

    1. Shortcode and a URL showing the WordPress Download Monitor working successfully
    yes, [download id=”15772″] this OK –

    2. Shortcode and a URL showing the Contact Form 7 working successfully
    yes, This form send to email.

    3. Shortcode and a URL showing the Email Before Download failing
    I don’t see URL because button not show after submit form

    After submit form, loading takes a long time.

    We tried to replicate the issue with no success. Thank you for providing more details, we are still looking into it. Is your last comment saying the issue is now resolved for you?
