Sorry to hear about your troubles.
I want to start by saying that I myself have never once seen this error caused by anything related to WP-Lister. You may have read this reply below because I have sent it to many users over the years. The reason why it hasn’t changed is because I still have never seen a single case where this issue was caused by WP-Lister:
This error means that eBay still needs some information from you in order for your seller account to be 100% approved to sell on eBay. So you should contact eBay, ask them what else you need to do, then finish the seller account setup so you can sell with this account.
For example, quite a few users saw this error when the seller had not provided a payment option in their eBay seller account that eBay can use to charge your seller fees to. Did you make sure you setup a payment option for eBay to use for charging you your seller fees?
I’d recommend asking eBay what else needs to be provided in your eBay account, then refresh your account details by clicking the “refresh details” link on the “Accounts” page of WP-Lister then try again.

Hi John,
Thanks for the quick reply. I highly doubt the issue here is caused by the plugin, the only reason I ask here is just encase people know of this error and can advise what to do haha.
I have spoken to eBay previously and they have basically said it’s all the plugins fault, speak to the developers of the plugin because the plugin has problems which I really don’t think so. All the payment methods are set up and correct however one thing I did notice on the Seller Account within eBay was there was an option to be “verified” and I’m not sure if that’s the reason?

I am not sure about the “Verified” detail you speak of.
I would normally offer for you to open a support ticket with us so I can have a look on your site myself, but this is related to your eBay account, not so much WP-Lister.
I would recommend you keep calling eBay until you get an agent who is willing to help.
Clearly something is not right with your account and that is causing eBay’s API to throw this error.
Really they should be looking over some logs for you to see what is causing that error.
I am kind of surprised as usually in my experience eBay support is decent, and when this happened to other users they were able to reach out to eBay support and get an answer as to what needed to be fixed on their account.

Sorry! I double checked and it’s to become a verified paypal account, the client I’m doing this for doesn’t want to use paypal due to the fees involved. I’ve opened a case with the eBay development program as advised by the eBay customer service. Checking over previous emails, they checked the account and can’t see any missing information that should be causing the problem so hopefully somebody there will be able to advise me otherwise I’ll have to find another and see if the client would want to post products to any other platform instead. I’ll post my findings once I hear back from them just encase anyone else has this issue.
