• I am trying to add a poll to my website from Easypolls. I use Elementor but I have tried it using the WordPress editor. Nothing works. I am not very experienced in web building. Hoping to get some help here. Here is the code I am trying to add:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.easypolls.net/ext/scripts/emPoll.js?c=5d77b15ee4b067f237fa6b2a"></script><a href="http://www.objectplanet.com/opinio/"><div style="font: 9px arial; color: gray;">undefined</div></a>

Thanks in advance for your help.

Try using an HTML block in the editor.

If you want to use Elementor, I recommend asking at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/#new-post so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.

    Steve,

I have tried an HTML block in the WordPress editor. All I get is a small box that says “undefined” no matter if I use Elementor or the WordPress editor.

Does WordPress allow javascript? I contacted Easypolls support and they said WordPress might not allow javascript. They said for me to contact WordPress support.

What is an alternative to WordPress?

    Thanks,
    dawnpgo

The HTML block should allow the JS.

    Steve,

    It doesn’t work.

I’m not one to give up easily but this has whipped me. 🙁

I suppose I’ll just use Facebook instead.

    Thanks for your input,
