Easy Way to Let Users Comment

I’m new to WordPress and have just started up my blog and begun to manage it over that last few days. I have some people I know who are reading it, but they are having difficulty with leaving comments.

I have “Anyone can register” and “Users must be registered and logged in to comment” both checked as well as “Comment author must fill out name and e-mail” and “Comment author must have a previously approved comment.”

But once the users register, they find it hard to make they’re way back to the main page to click on “No Comments” to add one. Is there any easier way for users to register and comment that doesn’t confuse them and have them come to me for explanation?
