    Just installed this “Easy Updates Manager” plugin.
    Seems to work so far.

    Some suggestions;
    a) option to set a reminder either by time schedule, or by events such as the nth update since last blocked.

    b) improved integration with core plugin manager, at least so it is easy to find where the block settings have been made, by this plugin.
    The settings can be changed under the plugin in the installed plugins list.
    But if there are many plugins, and more than one related to plugin management, then it may not be easy to find (some months later) where the settings can be altered.
    Possibly have a link in the top or left menus (settings, tools)?
    Possibly have obvious links in the core plugin manager.

    c) blocking manual updates, and/or have reminder message if/so a ‘manual’ update is attempted on a blocked plugin.

    d) allow the user to include a ‘note/comment’ with their setting so they can remember at a later stage, or leave as information for other users, the reason for the block. (e.g. incompatibility with other plugins pending a fix, trying an alternative plugin in mean time, used in older set up but may use again, due for future use after site upheaval but not for now, not/unknown compatibility with WP version/PHP or Prerequisite plugin version, etc). Could have the comment field as a drop down list of typical reasons, including an ‘other’ option.

    None of these are critical, but may be helpful for some other users.

    Thanks for making a useful plugin.
