  • I have a client that has disabled all updates and she just received this message below. Does this mean that the plugin is not working?

    Thanks for the report. That is absolutely not the behavior you should expect if you have disabled updates. Let me run some tests and get back to you.

    The only way I could duplicate this was running version 4.0.18 with minor releases automatic updates on.

    I tested with core updates off (works as expected) and minor releases automatic updates off (works as expected).

    Do you know what the client’s settings were?

    Under Global Settings, All Updates Were Disabled. It says that this overrides everything…would this mean it doesn’t override Automatic Updates, Minor Releases? As I think that setting was enabled. I have disabled it now.

    I was not able to duplicate getting this to update from 4.0.18 to 4.0.19. My apologies.
