    Have used this plugin for years. Reliable, easy to setup, updated regularly, integrates with Recaptcha, and free! (I made a donation and encourage others to do the same.) I like how the author created the Flamingo plugin to work with Contact Form 7 so you can retain copies of your contacts without relying on email also.
