Easy to set up, but has bugs

buggy and slow support.
While it’s easy to set up and generally a well-made plugin, I discovered some PHP errors that I reported to the makers. While they have a support mechanism on their website, one needs a login for that, which I don’t know how to get. Sending emails via their contact form also did not result in a fruitful communication.
The ticket I opened here in the WP forum also didn’t get adequate support.

I would’ve liked to like this plugin, but moved on now.
