    Testimonials working perfect in default language and whole site is broken in other versions(other languages).

    In some cases some parts of the header and total footer sections are gone.

    Please help.

    Hey @suresh2291!

    That doesn’t sound good!

    If you visit our plugin’s settings and disable to Content Filter (there is a checkbox for this) and give everything a refresh does that change things? I’m wondering if there is a recursion issue perhaps with the translation plugin.

    Are you able to provide more information on how the translation is being done?

    Hello @richardgabriel, thank you for your response, we are using WPML CMS, WPML String translation in our site to work multilingual. Testimonials seem to work perfect in default language but when we check it on Translated site the code is broken(some parts of the header, footer is broken).

    Case 1 : When displaying all testimonials – (Some parts of header and footer are missing)
    Case 2 : When we check single testimonial page – (Whole site is broken)
    Note: Two cases mentioned above is related to translated version of the site and there are no issues in default language.

    Thank you for the additional information.

    If you visit our plugin’s Compatibility Settings (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=easy-testimonials-advanced-settings) and un-check the Apply Content Filter box, does this change the behavior?

    I will attempt to replicate the issue on our development area for further testing.

    yes, we did try to uncheck the Apply content filter box option but it did not help.

    hello @richardgabriel we have found the solution. The issue was due to date type/format in other language, for us it is french language where we had issue and once we changed the date format with proper translation in french version every thing got into place. It works perfect now. thank you.
