Easy Plugin Upgrade and Excellent Support

I had not upgraded the plugin for over a year and wanted to move to the latest version.

I contacted customer support, who advised that some manual input was required when moving from the much older version.

I was given excellent and timely technical support to ensure the upgrade was smooth.
