Easy Modal with VC not working!

Hello we are using Salient theme with custom VC editor and we are facing issues (probably with js) to make it work!

We try all the methods of shortcodes for links, buttons & imgs, but unfortunately is not working ! every time we click the the link the website sent us back to the top!

Can you help us with that ? or at least let as know which js file and versions (etc: jquery-x-x-x) plugin is using ?

p.s: preview is not working either!

I would recommend migrating to Popup Maker which was developed to replace easy modal.

Has basic support for VC already.

@anymvs – Hmm then it sounds like there may be JS issues outside popup maker. But you could try v1.4 https://wppopupmaker.com/version/1.4.0-beta1

Easy Modal is a backward step from Popup Maker so your best bet would be to work out the issues that occur in popup maker rather than easy modal.

problem solved my friend 🙂 thank you so much!

Easy Modal v2 is working great! I just grab the link inside a div class! it was weird so i debug the code without finding the js that loads for the modal and I notice below each page of the revision tab in the VC there is a small boxes where is must be enable in order to run the js file in that specific page 😮

if you keep 1 month records in your VC :p that’s happens !
