Easy Modal not working on my site with divi theme

Hi,

My site : http://www.manassafetyindia.com uses easy modal plugin but its not showing on the webpage. I have tried selecting the modal from the “edit page” option and also tried to show it sitewide but it just doesn’t shows.

Please help
