Easy installation, troublesome service, cocky and unhelpful customer service

I’ve an entrepreneur since 7 years and I master multiple wordpress websites for different clients in different industries. I’m very dissatisfied with this service and I’d recommend for everybody to go with their competition, don’t be fooled by their easy set-up or pushy marketing.

My first interaction with Conveythis was through google where they claimed to be 50% creaper than Weglot their competition. Secondly they claim in their FAQ that they were working for the US government with translation services. I got an really cocky first impression which was later confirmed by arrogant customer service, poor consistency in the functionality (sometimes I could clear the cache for my translated words and sometimes not which Is a crucial functionality). The visual editor only worked in the beginning, and worst of all: I never felt in control of my translations. My manual edits only appeared sometimes, and at one point even the name of my CLIENTS BUSINESS was translated wrongly which I has been correcting in the backend text editor. After using this service for a few months the beginner plan doubled the price without further notice so now there are NO REASONS LEFT to use Conveythis, Weglot solves my issue 1000x better, more consistent without needing me to worry about how my translations will appear for my client or their customers.
