Easy Instagram – Not showing user ID

I have followed the instructions to the dot and followed the steps discussed in http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-easy-instagram-not-showing-instagram-user-id?replies=20 – however, I am having the same issue as the original author. I have ensured that the website address is correct in the General settings (i.e. consistent in having ‘www’), and I have even copied and pasted the URI from the browser into Easy Instagram ‘Application Redirect URI’.

so the Easy Instagram Redirect URI has been set to: http://www.jacatra.com/jblog/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=easy-instagramI did everything that is listed and still my Instagram user ID is not shown. I tried different browsers, but it’s still showing the same results. I even tried revoking the access from Instagram and reinstating the access from WP. Still no closer to the solution.
Any idea please?
