Easy Forms ver 6.0.4.6 update fails

    I received notification of an available update to Easy Forms ver 6.0.4.6 via WordPress dashboard. Attempts to update using WordPress’s “update now” selection within the “installed plugins” list fails every time causing the hosted site to go down for “scheduled maintenance” for several minutes and results in an error warning that the update failed.

    Looking through the error logs all I can find that might be related is the following:

    [Wed Mar 02 00:44:25 2016] [error] [client xx.xxx.xx.xxx] Premature end of script headers: admin-ajax.php, referer: http://www.sanfelasco.org/wp-admin/plugins.php

    Quick update:

    Attempts to delete and re-install via WordPress fail also. The plugin had to be manually uploaded from a file in order to be re-installed.

    Thank goodness for the ability to export/import settings/forms!

    Hi sanfelasco,

    I’m not sure why that would be happening. Are you able to update your other plugins? I’m glad the export feature came in handy. That was one of the reasons we decided to build out the export functionality for our users.
