easy-contact-form jetpack-contact form comments do not reach my email

Hi,
Greetings.

Comments submitted through Easy Contact Form, Jetpack Contact Form as well as Comments at the bottom of every post fail to reach my email inbox. They reach respective places in WP dashboard.
I changed plugins, reinstalled wp-admin and wp-includes. Don’t know what next to do?

I WP Mail SMTP test shows:

The SMTP debugging output is shown below:

I have been changing themes Montezuma (Bytesforall), Twelve Eleven, Magazine Basic to optimize site as I had “Account Disabled” due to high CPU usage. W3 Total Cache enabled then removed as GTmetrix showed better speed by adding script to .htaccess.
Also the server was upgraded and IP address changed. I doubt if this is causing problem. My email is on Google Apps.
Important: Earlier I used to get submitted comments in my inbox.
Even now, new post immediately reaches my inbox. Then why not contact forms?

How should I go about trouble shooting?
Does anyone know what mistake I am making?
